NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!! Is the main problem. Received a 22 inch Blackstone on June 21, 2024. Still can’t use it on July 3, 2024!! Called customer support on the 21st because the grill top would not fit onto the grill body sent pictures that they requested then on Jul 2nd they requested more pictures! DOES THAT SOUND LIKE EVEN A POOR SYTEM? NO THEY HAVE TO REACH UP TO TOUCH POOR! You have been warned!!!

As a previous Traeger user, switching to Asmoke was a game-changer for me. The Asmoke Essential Smart Pellet Grill is not just a grill, it's a complete cooking solution. The precise temperature control using the FlameTech patent was a major upgrade, and the ability to adjust temperatures remotely via the app made grilling more convenient. I noticed a significant improvement in the taste of my food due to the different flavored wood pellets available. The portable design also made it easy for me to carry on camping and road trips. I must say, the Asmoke Essential has transformed my outdoor cooking experience - it's efficient, versatile, and most importantly, it delivers delicious results every time. #Asmoke.

Bought mine a couple years ago. Blackstone built a one burner with a side that is a charcoal burner. Best of both worlds.

Interesting the perspective of size. For me, the 36" is bare minimum size-wise that I'd want. Then again I'm used to full teppanyaki size surfaces. The 36" just isn't quite large enough for me to stage my food as I prefer. I make it work of course, but I could still use more room. It's not about how many people you're cooking for (in my case). Also the deadzone for me is a huge pro. My perfect griddle is a large center hot spot, that's it. Everything around the outside is cooler. But again, this is just me preferring the commercial/restaurant teppanyaki grill design lol. Your 2nd con (heat leaking around the sides) is spot on!

I had one and loved the idea and results of a griddle. BLACKSTONE doesn’t seem to make a sturdy product. Shelves and stand are flimsy and rust starts within months even if it’s not the cooking surface the griddle frame, stand and screws begin rusting. May look at the new Weber Slate or Traeger Flatrock.

I love my comically large, 36-inch Blackstone. lol Find it a bit weird that you somewhat alienated anyone watching this who went for the 36 instead of the 28. That being said, while I don't anticipate needing to cook 126 hot dogs at one time, I do the same and cook for my family and my wife and I's extended family as well. Not to mention we host a lot of parties and get togethers with good friends and having a larger surface allows me to cook more at one time and not have to get all the food done in stages. That and we all love big breakfast, this thing has opened up my ability to do what I want. Just saying, while the 28 might have been enough, I love the 4 burners, extras space for cold and hot zones, and everything else about it.

As a previous Qstoves+ user, I recently switched to Asmoke and it's been a game changer. The precise temperature control and the variety in wood pellet flavors have taken my smoked ribs to the next level. The convenience of the digital controller and automated pellet feeding have made smoking ribs easier and more efficient than ever. Also, the portability and battery life of Asmoke allows me to take my grilling adventures on the road, which was a limitation with Qstoves+. The Asmoke Essential has truly revolutionized my grilling experience and I can't wait to explore more of its potential. Oh, and did I mention the smoky flavor? It's unmatched! #Asmoke.

Thank you for this . I to have that same small grill and it cooks completely different than those bigger units. I even upgraded the control panel to the Ortech controller. What P setting do you run?
@david.ledbetter
@david.ledbetter 13 күн бұрын
The highest my P-setting goes is 5, meaning it will get more smoke, but less heat. If you're trying to grill on a higher heat and don't need the smoke as much, you can lower it back down to 0.

@@david.ledbetter I did some ribs yesterday using a veration of your method. They came out great. Had to switch between 180 and 225 a few times. The 95 degrees and very high humidity here in Chicago land probably wasn't helpful. Thanks

Bought a Flatrock, and it's great. Initial seasoning is a bit rough - the steel they use is really coarse and shredded my paper towels to bits while spreading the oil. Otherwise, now that the initial seasoning is done, it's been a rockstar. Amazingly even heating, right out to the edges (very far back corners are usually about ~20 degrees cooler). I've been very happy with it, and i've made some really great smashburgers. Looking forward to making more meals in the future!

Most delicious beef jerky!! Store bought jerky has such a fake chemical after taste, but this jerky is even more tasty with no weird flavors! We’re going to be making this every week! Plus I have the pickiest daughter and she smelled it, asked to try it, and now loves it!
