Thoracic region is very underrated for activation exercises, added more velocity and limited my lower back pain after just 2 weeks of implementation

Very good! Just as you said, we need to emphasize fundamental strength and stability before adding tons of high-impact reps. There are so many kids playing volleyball right now, which is great, but we need to teach athletes to put in time doing thoughtful strength and mobility work. Keep sharing this message!
