With your background in pre-cast concrete, would you please make a "Rocket Stove" using high heat portland cement and a 5 or 10 gallon bucket (10 is better than 5 right?). Anything with a "High Heat" label seems to cost a lot, so if you would make the mistakes for me/the world you will definitely have my attention.

It’s too bad that when it’s all done, unless you’re standing up you won’t be able to see the fire or coal base plus it always has to be full to work properly. Now just figure out how to put some windows in it. 😂

I love making mistakes. That way nobody thinks I am a God of anything. Better to have people not think of you as talented or you will be at their house building a fire pit because, either you wife said you would or because, a guilt trip.

Gas contains 1% Cancer causing BENZENE... So don't be sniffing it. Your video is bogus, take a look at your genny's Kilowatt output using propane. I have no problems running ethanol gas in my generator, I test run my Predator for 5-10 minutes every couple of weeks. I have two 5 gallon cans for the Genny that have had the same gas in them for over a year. It works fine. The problem is carbs with floats can get gummed up if they sit with ANY gas in them for long periods of time. You have to pop the bowls off of them and shoot carb cleaner in the jets. Also car engines nowadays last TWICE as long as they did 25 years ago. Alcohol is a RACING FUEL. My first lawnmower engine that my Grandpa gave me wouldn't run cause the carb was all gunked up. I learned how to clean the bowl and jet, that was 60 years ago. Retired Refinery Engineer.

How well has the metal held up from rust? Looking to do this but curious if pre-painted roofing panels are a better choice, or if the galvanized is sufficent?

Concrete bursts when it gets very hot. Not every time but often and unpredictably. It’s from the chemically bound water separating and turning to steam. Are you worried about this?
@HAXMAN
@HAXMAN Күн бұрын
No. The concrete doesn’t get hot enough. The ring protects the sides and the top just doesn’t get hot enough. I tried to test and break the original caps I poured three years ago by building huge fires and couldn’t hurt them.
