They don't looks weird. The clones in AOTC and Clone Wars looks weird and too uniform. We're just used to it. Since they created them before creating the clones with their helmets on first, the CGI helmets were literally too small to fit on the real actors head during the shot on Kamino where they put their CGI helmets on. They had to cheat it a little bit.
