You are cool Riley, I understand your dilemma on picking a team for the Cup. Me personally, I like McDavid, I would like him to lift the Cup. The Panthers are the better team and will lift their 1st Cup. This is one of those unique series where I hate to see one team to lose.

Marner has been the best playoff performer of this group, most points, plays the most responsible game. Leafs fans are just nuts man, nylander had a career year and was still lower ppg than Marner and they made that guy one of the highest players in the nhl

@@carbb5760 nylander had more regular season points, and the same amount of points in the playoffs as marner with 3 games less played. Nylander also had 3 of his points being goals. Nylander can be lazy, yeah… marner has clearly lacked what it takes come playoff time…. Can a new coach unleash these guys? We’ll see…. Somethings has to change though…. Defensively they suffer. If your D suck and can’t move the puck? What good are your forwards. The goalie thing….. always an issue too. They’re trying the tandem approach…. Let’s hope for no injuries 😢

@@carbb5760 Marner is an outstanding performer the guy has amazing point production, and he is actually really good in the playoffs he tries his best without killing himself, we should be happy he even tries because as much as the team likes Samsonov they know they can win with him. Also manners job is to score and pass not try and posses the puck against much bigger guys. The reason that he losses the the puck sometimes is because other players aren't open. Marner is an outstanding player who will be a hall of famer with or without a cup.

@@scottyP1672hey ever heard of the salary cap?? TML are a team that is built to win 6-5 games. You can’t spend almost 75% of your cap space on Fs and expect to win many 2-1 games. It just is!! The team is not built for playoff hockey and that’s on the architect.. the Shanaplan.

Tampa Bay collapsed because they got swept. Boston choked because they blew a 3-1 lead. Boston is more painful and embarrassing, at least Tampa realized before it was officially over they likely weren’t coming back.
