After I've seen your incredible build of this model I was really tempted to immeadetly throw away my Spitfire Mk II from Revell (which is quite nice at all) and get this kit as it's so much better. Keep the great work on!
OIL LEAKS? This is a Rolls-Royce mate! Serious though, what a build. You are a maestro sir. Beautiful job.

As a young teen I loved building WW2 aircraft kits. Can't even count how many I had. The Stuka was my favorite. Toward the end of my hobby teen years I had so many extra parts from so many kits in a box that I was able to custom build my own airplane designs from imagination. Haven't touched a model kit in 40 years but vids like this spark the desire to do one more, a 1/32 scale stuka.
@nvmodels39106 ай бұрын
Wow, enjoy your building of stuka! :)

Excellent build apart from the chipping, just erratic and too heavy.

Wow! Beautifully done, makes me want to go by this Kit. Your detail is incredible. Did it come riveted like that or did you actually put all those rivets on? Amazing job. Love watching your videos as the videos are always so crystal clear and the detail is like the real thing. 😊keep them coming.

Hello There are negative rivets on from Hobby Boss.
@jimletizia19426 ай бұрын
By negative rivets do you mean pressing the rivets in the plastic using the syringe needles?
@nvmodels39106 ай бұрын
@@jimletizia1942 no, they are on the surface already.

Very very good job, as always. On by the way, i think Le Grand Charles had a Rotol plastic propeller. Not chipped, in this case. Cheers and many thanks for your job.

Very nice build; thx for your video! I agree with your conclusion regarding too much "chipping." RLM paints and painting derectives were among the very best in WWII, providing the Luftwaffe with better chipping & fading resistance than any other nation. Except for the "Anton" & "B-1" variants, which used "narrow" chord metal propellers, all later Stuka variants used wider chord wood props. These propellers had a linen-type fabric fused to the blades' outer surfaces, and then a very narrow brass protective strip screwed onto each blades' leading edge, before final paint. So, these wood props would not exhibit any "silver" metal chipping or finish wear, such as would be seen on aluminum or steel prop blades. Additionally, all Axis countries had to extremely conserve their strategic alloying metals, so their aircraft exhaust manifolds were manufactured with very little/no chromium or nickel content. This was a "luxury" only US & GB enjoyed, meaning "rust" corrosion was seldom in evidence on their manifolds. I do think there is a current fad in the model world of overdoing wear and grime. I believe in the adage: "less is more". Most aircraft did NOT look as if they flew nonstop through sandstorms, and then burning oilfields, covering them with grime & wear from wingtip to wingtip. : )

Beautiful build, and Marmite for chipping !!!! Whoa that's a new one for me, not sure if Marmite is available here in Oz but I think Vegemite would do as well. For the price being asked for this kit I'd have thought it would've had more detail without the need for all the extra photoetch and resin. Spectacular job. Nice to see the sludge wash method too, it gives a great finish. The first time I used it I thought to myself what have I done ??? but when the excess is removed it leaves a really impressive finish.I have a couple of Pierre Closterman's books about his adventures in Le Grand Charles that I've had since I was a child, worth reading more than once. One of Hawker's most beautiful aircraft.

Perfektní prácička a parádní videjko. Letos jsem tento model jen v přebalu Revell také dostavěl. Jen stroj co měl Pierre Closterman bez nápisu "Le Grand Charles" a s černým vrtulovím kuželem :)
