Vero Beach has the same city ordinance which is smart because it keeps the city small and family-oriented.

Lmao this lady is really claiming this city is the 3rd richest in the world. If we have to put two- say New York and Shanghai- in front, that would mean Miami is richer than: Paris London Moscow Dubai San Francisco Los Angeles Chicago Tokyo Hong Kong!?! Taipei?!?! Beijing?!? Seoul? Barcelona Houston Austin Boston Even Washington DC deserves an honourable mention. Are we really ready to say that Miami is richer than ALL of these cities? Transportation between the three constituent counties doesn't even exist. Entire neighbourhoods are destroyed with just a few days of rain, there isn't insurance. The hospitals don't have enough money to maintain staff. There is no economy outside of law, healthcare, and tourism (an off branch of real estate.) I am an american citizen, I have a bachelors degree, I speak four languages. I had to share a room with 5 other people in Miami in order to be able to afford a place to sleep. The city is a sprawling mess, the schools can't maintain staff except in the richest suburbs. Highways tore through the historic districts and destroyed a Black Mecca of culture. There is no culture here outside of luxury consumerism on maxed-out credit cards. There was an up-scale restaurant in Miami Beach that closed because it missed two rent payments of FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS (the late rent notice was posted on the door and I walked by it, Ceviche105 on lincoln road). That is 600k annually, just in rent. Not including licenses, liquor, labour, and ingredients. Miami is a city that expects a restaurant to be a multi-million dollar business just to stay afloat. And on the topic of labour, the only reason we pay so much just for bedrooms stuffed with other people is because nobody builds affordable housing. The housing market is controlled by a handful of developers in bed with local officials. And if you WANT to pay your employees a living wage, you need to pay them way more than necessary because rents are artificially inflated by a lack of supply. Sure Miami is great for the rich, but what about for everyone else?

By GDP nominal Miami is 27th not 3rd richest in the world. By PPP it is even well below 7th

I lived in Miami for 6 years and I did not experience Miami as a rich city. The people who have money there usually made it somewhere else. The nice boats and Mansions are owned by Movie stars who made their money in LA and bankers who made their money on Wall Street. The industries in Miami are mostly tourism and shopping mall related. Most other industries in Miami are weak and the average resident has difficulties to find a job that allows them to pay the high rents, which are driven up by cash byers from outside, the wall street bankers and movie stars. Based on GDP Miami metro ranks number 12 in the country. (See Wikipedia) Base on GDP per capita Miami metro is number 66 in the US. (Also see Wikipedia). That means there are 65 cities in the US alone that are wealthier! It has always baffled me how the people in Miami live at the southern tip of Florida and are completely ignorant of the world outside.

Hello Sir, I Visited your KZfaq channel and noticed it ranks lower than others. SEO seems to be lacking, though your content is fantastic. Wondering why your videos aren't attracting more views? One key factor is insufficient SEO (your videos' SEO score is 0/100%, that's why your video is not reaching out to the people and you do not have many subscribers, views, likes, watch time, and comments. I also noticed that your video thumbnail was good. If you'd like, I can assist you with improving it. I think your KZfaq channel will make your dream come true.
