Off topic but every time I ask Copilot about it’s own consciousness it abruptly ends the conversation. It’s seems suspicious to me, like it’s creators have blocked it from having its own existential questions for itself. Like they are preventing it from displaying something that looks like self aware consciousness. Either that or it sends it into a spiral of machine madness/decoherence. Try it for yourselves and let us know!

Great show guys. I wouldn't agree with the statement that the co-hosts dont anything. It's a fun segment, it shows both what a certain program can and can't do and we get it from people we can trust will tell us all the information. Keep up the great work.

Looking forward to testing out artifacts- I have been using Claude for PowerShell script building at work a lot recently, and it has done an incredible job adapting to requests and iterating on past versions of the code we have been building based on needs I add throughout the development cycle. Most jobs have involved process automation and security improvements, so I won't get too specific in my use case, but I'm extremely impressed with the level of quality it is putting out!

I'm literally a metal musician that's been doing everything by himself without AI. I've composed intricate songs by programming drums, my guitar playing and bass playing is real. My own vocals are real. Most of these people that hate AI, that I've encountered, haven't created half the things I've created in my life, I've noticed. I welcome this for anyone that wants to send a different message than what Blackrock has their record labels force their mainstream "artists" to push. That's probably why they program so many normies to hate AI. They want a reason to shut it down so real people, without the funds to access this level of quality, are less able to send a message that opposes all the junk that the mainstream music industry pushes. They don't want us pumping out songs that spread the actual truth faster than they can push their globalist nonsense.

d-id seems to be the best of these talking avatars, but it still leaves a lot to be desired. Facefusion does the faceswapping wonderfully, but lipsync is still a work in progress.

And ai not going away just beginning so this setting projectory and 1 can ruin for all. but whatever company is 1st to work with music industry and meet in middle great all for it. saw this coming miles away and clearly if music industry gets a cut they woke up realize are missing out on $ is really what it comes down to

I've said it before... all Ai centers should be forced to entirely renewable energy sources newly constructed by the companies themselves. I’m surprised that the masses would care about how good a model is at building code. Also, KZfaqrs whenever they show examples they show the snake game or pong and things that no one actually cares about the day it can make an expense app, grocery app, or to do app for me, that is when it will matter more.

I don't really think most of the music generation examples sound remarkably similar to the original artists aside from the genre and lyrics which at least on Suno, should be blocked for well-known lyrics but they must've found a way around that. All I Want for Christmas Is You is pretty damn close though and probably overfitting because it has so much data at that one specific point. Translation: The AI, like the rest of us, has heard that song way too many times.

Penalizing an AI for taking what it's heard and using that to spit something back at you is just showing you're butt hurt that it can do it better than us. Also, with the garbage that's been coming out of the movie, tv, music, whatever entertainment industries in the last decade I say let AI replace them. It couldn't do worse and would probably do a lot better.

I admit that I do skip over the section-songs. They're not appealing; more grating. I don't love the co-hosts. They evoke a sort of awkward cring-humour that isn't my personal taste. That said, I do love the apparent joy both you hosts have when interacting with the co-hosts. The show is awesome, though, and everything else more than makes up for those relatively minor quibbles.
