@@CanalNew1 а его, в СССР не за глобальные планы клеймили. А за решение задач оптимального построения плана на фанерном заводе исходя из оптимизации прибыли. Что шло вразрез с "иделогоческими принцыпами" марксистских экономистов. А вот на западе, капиталисты как раз быстро оценили весь потенциал подхода Канторовича.

@@user-yx1yh3dv7k про идеологические принципы, это, на мой взгляд был лишь предлог, ведь несложно представить, что если этому человеку дать возможность произвести математическое планирование в глобальных масштабах всего СССР, то вскоре люди зададут вопрос, а нафига нам нужна эта партийная номенклатура, если их работу вполне может выполнить автоматика реализующая математическую модель. На уровне городов и областей организовывать культурные мероприятия можно и силами местных депутатов и собраний.

We don't have a hooligan problem in terms of international football no, Old firm fans are the only ones that put us to shame, but they have massive fan bases all over Britain. Scotland has a more wider reputation of being friendly and courteous when visiting other nations. When we have the fans of opposition nations applauding our national anthem at home and away we get the ultimate respect. You lot will never get that same respect from anyone, you get the opposite treatment and rightly so.

Goes for club support too sometimes i notice some fans create a better atmosphere away from home like man utd they have fantastic away fans but at home the atmosphere is crap (Not all the time though)
