One thing I want to say is that you just don't cut your hair and it will grow it grows from the roots not the ends I always thought that was so stupid people would come up to me and tell me how beautiful my hair was then they would proceeded to tell me that I needed to trim it so it would grow longer and be healthier also these were the same people with shoulder length

In Asian culture hygiene was important. For Sikhs it was part of the principles. Like Indigenous people, having long hair for both men and women was important for the culture and for spiritual reasons. However, it was also very important to maintain it. So Sikhs were told to comb their hair, keep it clean and fresh, and men would tie it up and put a turban while women would braid it or keep it in a bun and that was just for the hair. These values still continue to do this day, however, not every Sikh has super long hair anymore.

All rhe chemicals in the water and the air . Chemicals in all our food and all the heavily processed foods cause deficency, hair is very expensive vitamin wise so won't grow if it's not there as the body will allocate it other places .

Wait is the premise here that it is difficult to grow hair? I feel like every woman I know has had waist length hair or longer at some point. It just keeps growing whether I want it to or not. That is how hair works.

Low porosity hair doesn’t absorb thick oils like the ones in this video though. It would just sit on top of the strand. This is for high porosity hair.

Their diet had a lot to do with it as well. They didn't have chemicals in their food. They ate whatever was in season. They walked everywhere as few could afford horses. They didn't have labor-saving, time-saving machines. They were physically fit. Obesity was not normal.

Let me cut this so called unnecessary intellectual talk about hair hygiene to grow long hair. Dude ! Keep it simple. 1. Just dont cut your hair for couple of years 2. Dont use unnecessary hair products. Just shampoo and conditioner is enough. Shampoo once a week 3. Use hair oil - pure oil! Coconut oil or almond oil once a week before shampoo. And u can easily grow long hairs. In India, Any 13-15 years of girl can have waistlong hair. Bcz we keep it simple. Dont over complicate the natural process

Seems they probably didn’t get hair cuts like we do. Kinda obvious. Plus the water treatments, pollution and all around lifestyle is very different. But I’d love me some Edwardian hair, so wish! 💕

As a Arab mediterranean woman with an extremly healthy long hair, I can tell you that applying oils (Olive oil, Rosmery oil, Argan oil, Almond oil, Grapes seed oil, Castor oil, Coconut oil ) all mixed and applied over the roots of your hair teice a week for an hour , your hair will grow like real crazy. Gave it my Italian best friend and her hair grew tons.

If you go to Eastern Europe you’ll see that it’s still just as common there. Parents take care of their children’s hair, braid it, brush it and only cut the split ends when needed. It is VERY common to have hair down to your waist and lower as a child/young adult but most cut it when they reach adulthood because it is too much of a job to maintain.

People not bathing often was mostly European or people of colder climates, in my culture we have always bathed every day being in close proximity with the water might be a factor, but hair washing wasn’t necessarily an everyday thing back then but in my culture we wash hair just as much as modern times every few days, although strong and thick long hair does exist even today among people/kids that grow up more traditionally, I notice this has more to do with the lack of products they come in touch with and oiling hair with natural oils was a common practice but modern people replace that with modern hair products and it doesn’t go well with our hair and the way we deal with styling hair with heat and such makes it more brittle, the shampoos aren’t that good either even though people seek more expensive shampoos they don’t usually work as well, the water in showers are more chlorinated

I am a blue eyed Caucasian with the same hair as you, the same childhood struggles with my mother detangling it, the same frizz... rhassoul clay is new to me, if it is Moroccan it should be in every Israeli pharmacy, I'll look. My mother used egg yolks on her hair and perhaps the whites for a face mask. The rest of what you had to say in your educational video is tradition for old gals like me, I don't particularly like a lot of showers either unless I start to smell too much like my canine or sweat. Castor & Eucalyptus oil, also apple cider vinegar are items I usually have. You do not comment on your diet or exercise routines, surely those have something to do with your beautiful hair? My hair does grow quickly but it does have the same challenges (frizz, dryness, split ends, different lengths) as you describe. I've been braiding it for a year or so. The longest part is down to the middle of my back, the rest is just below the collar bones. Your natural color is also beautiful. I avoided dye & bleach most of my life but now find myself watching these videos in order to get a uniform color throughout my half white half different shades of grey blond and slightly orange hair. Before I began this project, it was almost all white on top and mostly dark grey on the bottom. So after I get the color straightened out, I'll go back to what I was doing. I have not cut it in 3 years, and normally shampoo maybe once a week. Aviva in Akko

I would also like to try your product, the only thing I'm interested in is whether it's suitable for all types of hair (I have naturally curly hair very similar to yours) until 2 months ago I persistently straightened it, but now after 15 years the heat, the summer forced me to adopt natural hair, but a question, most girls with long hair from social media say that you have to use an oil that is suitable for your scalp and it depends on the type of porosity of your hair, so I am wondering if it is suitable for everything and if it is only for the scalp or also for the length one more the question is, I am from Europe (Slovenia), will there be a problem with delivery, I hope not, because I would really like to try it, thanks for the answers 🫶

i'm 17 and have hair that reaches my butt. my mum grew it out for me as a child. what did she do? washed my hair every 3 days with modern shampoo and braided it. that's all. nothing more. chemicals are not bad for you and neither is modern hair care. people don't have the time to look after their hair and get haircuts regularly. not washing your hair regularly is disgusting and can lead to hairloss.

Just a reminder it was only European people who did the who stopped understanding the whole real bathing concepts. Indigenous tribes washed thier hair 2 -3 times a week, we had multiple types of shampoos and soaps as well and had long beautiful hair. Also, not everyone actually can grow their hair out extremely long some a free e stuck with grown cycles like other hairs on the body (like eyebrows or leg hair) I recommend washing with room temperature water if you can handle it, and filtering yoir water if you are unable to get well water. Products also matter! Stick to organic products!
