SURPRISE - I think most players, don’t realize this (maybe I’m wrong -we’ll see) but, surprisingly to me at leaset, in all the top player matches `i have watched and counted shots - the fact is, that provided the players are more or less at the same level in the same level, MORE THAN 50% OF THE POINTS ARE WON AS A RESULT OF A MISTAKE - AN ERROR. Where I see an. Obvios forced error, or a clear winner they go down as WINNERS in my little book. If I’m not sure, then I dont count the rally at all, OR I go bk and watch it, 2-3 times, and make a decision, or decide that one doesn’t get scored. I’ve watched dozens of pro-SINGLES matches, and it’s the same with these guys as it is with ordinary club players - it’s MORE than 50% mistakes - as high as 2/3 sometimes. I will watch another 10-20 games just to be sure, but, never once have I seen a match where the number of winners exceeeds the number of loosing shots - unless of course a player is having a real easy match- then clearly winners are by far the majority. AM I MISSING SOMETHING? Try it for yourself. Makes me want to play differently. Chris

Switching to a reverse eastern only works if they speedup to your backhand or body right? But what if they go to your forehand?

I find softing my grip allows the paddle to shift in my hand. Making the ball die of go off in the direction the paddle moved. Thoughts or recommendations on this. I imagine theres a sweet spot.

This vid feels so clickbaity. getting to 5.0 takes a long time, there isn't a cheat code. Sure, if I had a private coach and trained almost every day of the week I could be 5.0 in 6 months or a year, but almost no person has the time and resources

Request - can you work on volume modulation. Some of your example/lesson clips are VERY muted so we have to turn the volume way up, and when the video swItches back to you narrating it's suddenly LOUD, and we have to run over and turn the volume back down. Thank You

How is a cross court dink more comfortable for most players? Personally, I feel my straight ahead dinking is much stronger and more aggressive than most of my cross court dinks.

Sweet - helped push some discussions with people in my league it felt really awkward playing with due to inconsistency on taking balls. I have a difficult time with people that don't slide out of the way to give me space to hit my 3rds, dinks - often shorten my swing and make errors to avoid hitting them.

10:00 around this point I would love if you didn't shrink the viewing area when you pause, it'd be much better to just have an arrow or circle over the spot you're trying to emphasize

As a white man I realize I’m at an advantage because of my power, skill, IQ and eyesight. Having blue eyes really helps me see the hand angles of my opponent. Having blonde hair helps me reflect the light down and into my dinks and drops, having back straps help with my power and having ladies cheering for me and watching my calves perform the pushes instills confidence into my soul. What I now realize is that it isn’t really in my best interest to be playing pickleball other than for cardio because I’m worth 22 million and 3 million a year and I should use my gifts for what I do best…investing.

Game over. Don’t ever do a tournament again. I’m 32 years old worth 23 million from investing and building industrial buildings. Pickleball is excercise only. Do not let your kids or grandkids remember you as a pickleball player. Stop!

Topspin dink hard to have much effect, the dipping action is related to RPM and surface friction of the ball. A soft, short shot with a new ball isnt really going to dip much
