The EDC X9 is a brilliant gun, and there is plenty of fine info here for those who do not yet know it, but as an accuracy test, 10 yards and hand held with no support doesn't help. The results here are down to your good shooting, but the gun itself is a lot more accurate than this. I wouldn't go for anything less than 25 yards with Ransom Rest, or at least supported. That said, you do shot very well.

Is there a reason why the barrel wasn't cleaned with a wire brush and only a couple of patches?

I watch beginner videos for all weapons I've never personally handled. Like the slide release config. Beats the idiot scratch method on a-1s.
