I would be curious to know how/where the beef is slaughtered and packed. I can't find any transparency on this online. Is there a mobile slaughter operation where the cattle never leave the farm? Or do they endure the additional stress of trucking to and processing at the packing plant? Also, I would be really curious to know what type of packer they work with if it's off the farm, small scale, large scale, etc. My experience in this industry leads me to think about this stage of meat production and to be cognizant of meat processing's role in rural midwestern communities, (immigrant especially) worker safety and the ability to take the time to focus on animal husbandry when the speed at which production must take place is not inhibiting humane slaughter.

Modify your drill seeding equipment so that it will create a long horizontal tunnel which will be filled with a mixture of bio-activated composite rock dust powders and bio-activated biochar with also with nitrogen-fixing rhizobial inoculants and mycorrhizal fungi inoculants. And then drill seed the plant with a mixture of all different of seeds of pasture grasses and legumes of which 50% are perennials and 25% are annuals and 35% are biennials from all over the world having different climates and different climate conditions and different weather conditions. So that if one particular specie or a particular genetic variety of the specie fails to survive, then the others will take up the slack and maintain the functions of the pasture grasslands in provising healthy pasture grasses and legumes. The annuals and biennials, once they bolted, will leave behind underground tunnels filled with humus which will be consumed by the root hairs of the perennials and the root hairs of the perennials will also maintain the integrity of the newly formed porous soil formation that will air and water and nutrients and earthworms to do their job in maintaining soil health and fertility and thus increasing and improving and maintain pasture grass and legume health and quality to provide a very healthy and high quality pasture. Which is eaten by the cattle and other grazing animals and mammals to provide high quality meath protein.

I just picked up one of your Ribeyes at my local county market store. 3 1/2 minutes each side. My only complaint: too small!!! I'd love a 16 - 24 oz one of these! Will definitely buy again!
