Here is a brief overview, he talks about various Kavacham & suggests people do Kavacham of any deity they have been worshipping for sometime. He also suggests that if one has not decided on which God he or she wants to worship then there are three Kavacham which are super effective. They are Narasimha Kavacham, Batuk Bhairav Brahma Kavacham & Durga Kavacham. The prior two are super quick to activate whilst Durga Kavacham takes some time to activate. He also suggests that one should do kavach path daily & as many times as possible as it helps build a protective aura if one continues to do it daily for about a year & continues to keep practicing it daily. You can get the English translation of all these Kavacham online. Hope this helps. 🙏

I was lucky to visit Maa Kamakhya last month . I was not criticizing the bali and all but I was very much in fear that I may have to witness the sacrifice. I was just chanting Maa Kamakhya's name and had a great darshan . I felt bad that I let fear to over come the bhakthi , but it was first time for me and I couldn't help.
