I think the tape was for a microphone inside the guitar for when he did some lap tapping and 'drumming' on the body of the guitar if I remember correctly :)

it cant be for a microphone because he has a jack being plugged in at the end of the body of the guitar. it's got to be something for the resonance or a crack

I was there and that was my first Snow Patrol concert although I had seen them playing live three times before. I liked Gary's grand entrance which consisted of him running on stage during the first song as if he was late after having taken a last minute phone call.

Yes exactly, the guitar he uses in this video is a Freshman FA300D LH (all solid woods). I guess it was his first Dreadnought and he also used the guitar on the Every Kingdom. He also has a Martin D-28 and a Taylor. I have the Freshman FA300D and it's a freaking nice guitar :)

Its a Freshman. He does play a Martin D-28 but he isn't in this video. I can tell because of the pickguard.

she's so adorable. i love how she screamed and went sprinting on stage ❤ she's beautiful and she doesn't change just because people tell her to. her voice is the best , ever. she sounds the same from the album to the stage. she doesn't use a bunch of scenery and slutty costumes and dance routines to get fans, she uses her bubbly personality and amazing voice. love you adele!
