Really old video...hopefully Jack is around to answer. Looking at this Triumph C7000 for my own garage and I'm reading reviews that aren't very good....from not lifting evenly (like 5" difference between sides) to it not lifting higher than 5.5'....not the full 72" advertised. What's your experience Jack...now that you've had it for ~7 years? Will it lift to 72"? Is it still working as well as it did in this video?

Had dual pulley, stage 2 tune with carbon intake..... it blew up with 60k miles.

@@luiszubillaga1463 rod knock and required a rebuild - I exaggerated by saying blew up but the engine was worthless. Traded it in on a new lexus.

Thinking about switching to the A6 from the F10 N55 is it worth it ?? They look and sound great to me and I heard they react great to mods but I'm new to Audi so I'm not to sure

@@ernestdjr same ! Lol it sounds so nice don't get me wrong the N55 sounds great with The catless downpipe and I'm on stage 2+ rn but Im ready for something different I've had mines for a while

@@ernestdjr I’m exactly going trough the same thing as you! I’m a die hard Bimmer guy and had 3 bimmers and was looking at a N55 535i as my next car. The only downside is that these N55 suffer from oil starvation by itself which then damages the rod bearings and toasts the engine. It’s way more common then you think too. So for that reason I was thinking of getting a A6 3.0T to switch thing up and they’re way more reliable overall. Still not sure though lol

I would not unless the timing chain, pvc, waterpump and motor mounts have been changed

No that was the stock do with cats. Btw the car is fubar now. Audi is junk and blew up at 74k miles

​@JohnKaufmann it is strange that happen so early at 8 74k miles...I have a 2012 with 123k miles and runs great but a little rattle upon start in the morning, makes me a little nervous

If I wasn't limited by my 8" ceiling, I would have bought this lift instead of the Maxjax. How hard is it to move the columns around for storage? They look pretty heavy!

nice video. Could you measure the length of one of the arms from the silver pivot to the center of the lift pad? I have the same lift and can't lift a car the way you did because my arms are longer, very strange... thank you!

Hey Jack! I love the video and I was thinking of doing this on my own 2003 manual transmission VR6 GLI. Out of curiosity, I was wondering if you could let me know which magna flow muffler you picked up? And also, have you noticed any bad vibrations at highway cruising speeds? Thanks so much.

Nice job on the install !,Jack I know you are a young man I’m not as I am approaching 60 pretty quickly watching you lift all the lift parts to demonstrate how you store them made my back hurt you really should try lifting with your legs and not bending over so much trust me those things will catch up with you and cause lots of discomfort years from now as we get older everything takes way longer to heal I didn’t listen when I was young but I wish I had in my fourties I lived in a WheelChair for. A little bit and some of that as related on how hard I played when I was young

Because it is in fact a 6 cylinder. Just at a 15° angle.

@@nilssjoberg2522 it’s the firing order, they don’t all fire in sequence like an inline 6, they fire at weird opposite times and ends of the engine

@@nilssjoberg2522 The firing order and the way that the cylinders are placed (15 degree offset between each) is why they make the sound that they do. O O O O O O ^ is how the block is designed
