Sir, I see the video is about a year old so I’m late to the party but that tourniquet on the right side of the PC, with the white tab, looks to be a fake TQ. The left side looks real. Just get that checked if you’re still running it. I’d need a closer look to see if it’s real or not or just an older gen CAT, but still - check that out. Be safe.

Appreciate the note! It was an older gen cat. We keep some of those on hand for training ones, but not for actual use. Thank you again sir!

Can the rifle retention be trimmed down for pistol or will it ruin stitching?
@forge_concepts
@forge_concepts 3 ай бұрын
It will damage the stitching. Would it probably still hold together - yes, but we strongly advise against this and recommend just ordering the appropriate pistol size!

$12 per bungee retention?
@forge_concepts
@forge_concepts 4 ай бұрын
They're $10.95 or $11.95 depending on size and that's for the Bungee Retention Adapter and our pull tab. These are less expensive than our V1s. If you've been following us for the last couple of years you'll know we're just about the only company in this space that haven't raised prices and this is actually the second solution that we've reduced price now that we're finding economies of scale as we grow. We do our best to keep prices reasonable. Thank you for watching and please reach out with any questions.

Small/Medium. It depends on the plate carrier and how you mount the male tubes attachment. This is on a Spiritus LV119 on a 6' 200# guy with plenty of room to adjust.

Ultra violet light attacks the chemistry over time, eventually killing the product. Thats why we produce them in foils.
@forge_concepts
@forge_concepts 8 ай бұрын
It does, and that's why we've talked plenty of times about prepping chems for missions and then changing them out. Use older ones for training if you want, but I'd never just leave a bundle on my belt for an extended period of time and trust them to work perfectly. That said, cyalume ones do last for a long ass time even with sun exposure.

Don't spend money on special equipment just buy some Para chord, cut it to like 10 inches, loop it through the chemlight's hole on the top, tie a square knot, and burn the knot so it doesn't slip. Then you put an S clip on your belt or plate carrier. Clip the Para chord tied to the chemlights into the S clip, and then you can use one hand to push down the S clip, slide out one of the loops of Para chord, Crack the chemlight with your hand and toss it. It's just Para chord, you can get 100ft for less than $10

It depends on the type of mag you're using and how much retention you want. For glock mags I'll loosen them with a hair dryer. For sig, I actually find the tighter tolerance with the Bungee Retention Adapter works perfectly.

Base your mag count on how far your going. I’ll use my rig for 3 different situations. 1-Home defense 2-Headed to get supplies 3-Having to evacuate In those situations you can figure the ammo count you’ll need. The longer away the more you’ll need. Whoever has the most ammo wins.
