In the end, I had to wait 12 hours until enough ice melted and I could pull open the panel. Before I dared try it myself, Miele was not helpful at all, telling me that I should get a technician to visit for 500 dollars. My fridge has never been so quiet, 7 days on. Think how many people dispose of a perfectly good appliance. Thanks for helping save the planet and disabuse me some of my grief.

Tractor won't go up any inclines it just loses power I'm guessing the drive belt is slipping or the transmission belt. Does fine on flat ground though
