Sitting on my couch in Ireland, Friday night, enjoying a wee glass of vino, thoroughly enjoying parts 1, 2 and now 3 of your WAW tour, bringing back memories of holidays we spent in Westport (our favourite), Clifden, Achill. It's so beautiful, even if the sun ain't shining. Nice casual commentary along the way. Thank you both for a lovely evening's entertainment .

Yeah, it’s certainly worth a visit to see the stalactite, but the 120 stairs down and back up aren’t much fun 🤣

Enjoyed the coverage thanks. I'm staying at the Woodfield hotel in July. How is the parking for the bikes?? Did you have any trouble finding a spot, and did you have to pay?? Thanks for your help. Dave😊

Hi Dave, thank you for your comment. There is on-road parking directly outside the hotel and we managed to get a space almost directly outside even though it was a busy Saturday afternoon. The hotel is on a one way system so you may have to go around a couple of times to find a space. The parking is free and our bikes seemed safe enough. The hotel itself is nothing special, but is clean and the breakfast is good. I hope you have a great trip 😁. Cheers, Mark.

Thank you so much. We want to go back at some point to do the more northern part too. We loved the areas we did, but didn’t have long enough to explore properly. The more touristy areas can be busy but May was a good time to go. I hope you are as lucky with the weather as we were.

I’m from Larne the ferry port that you arrived at in Northen Ireland. If you had after the first half mile turned off the duel carriage way into Larne town it goes to a roundabout that takes you onto the A2 Coast Road which is regulars as one of the best bikers roads in the world! Very popular now as well as the Game of Thrones was filmed at multiple locations a long its route. In addition if you are into Road Racing it takes you to the world famous NW200 road track at Portrush. Sorry bit of a rant but lots of bikers appear to miss one of the most scenic riding road. But hey I ride it most weeks and I’m biased. Your trip looked fantastic and I hope it’s not long before you guys are back!

Thank you so much. I hope you have a great time. We didn’t do the Ring of Kerry due to time constraints, but loved the Beara and Sheep Head peninsula’s as they were much quieter. Avoid the Gap of Dunloe at the weekend as we found out which will appear in a later episode. I just need to get quicker at editing 😆.

Thank you so much for the comment. As I’m new to KZfaq it means a lot. The mic I use is the DJI Mic 2 connected wirelessly to the Osmo Action 4 camera. I glued a cold-shoe mount to the inside of the chin bar and the mic clips into it. I also have a wired lab mic that I can plug into the wireless mic if I need to.

Hi Mate nice test video. Personally I think the mic2 transmitter was absolutely fine didn't see any huge improvement with the Lav mic. Have to say I'm sticking with the mic2 as it allows a amount of wind and engine noise which I prefer, without that it can sound a bit bland and it's so easy to use. Off to Scotland Friday leading 3 guys on an adventure.😎 FB

Thanks mate. I agree that the improvement in the audio using the lav mic just isn’t worth the extra hassle and they are also really sensitive to popping. Have to say I really like the Mic2 setup though without having to use the receiver. I watched your intro to your Scotland trip today. Looks like a good route. I’ve done those roads several times and love it up there but we’re off to Ireland in a couple of months for a bit of a change. Have a great time!
