I live in an area with a relatively large Turkish community. I can recognize when people are speaking Turkish and to be honest, Turkish sounds like the absolute hardest language to understand especially when people are speaking fast. This breakdown was amazing, and made it seem possible to actually be able to understand the language. I love how my perception went from "sounds impossible" to "wow, it actually seems easier than it sounds". I've already started duolingo to help with a base understanding but I'll continue with other studying material.

I’m surprised you left out “Oh-ho-oh!” I hear that a LOT, and I find myself doing that sound now!😂I speak Spanish fluently and we also do this sound: “A-A!!!” to express confusion or surprise….. Other sounds I hear a lot, which also mean different things depending on HOW you say it, and your facial expression is "Oh-HA!" And my family uses the "tsk tsk" sound as well as if to say you just did something naughty or also to say "no" as Turks do. I realllllly want to learn Turkish! I am very drawn to different languages. I speak English, Spanish, I understand almost 100% Italian, but learning how to speak it, and now I'm learning Turkish.

Very nice, teşekkuler! In Flemish we also do the same about the consonants, the last one influences the t or d we add at the end of the past participles. In Polish too, by the way, two following consonants influence each other, sometimes backwards (the last one changing the first one) or forwards (the opposite). Same for vowels. Too long story for an answer here, it deserves also a video. :D Thanks for yours again!

I think that turkish and swedish are similar languages. We pronounces the letter ö in the same way, and we have many ç-sounds. Tj, kj, but sometimes k is pronounced in the same way. I like turkish because they can speak a long sentence in few words.
