They DO dominate in Europe. An English team has won 3 of the past 5 Champion's League trophies and, prior to this season, has reached the finals in 5 of the past 6 years. And, In 3 of the past 5 seasons, HALF the teams reaching the semi-finals were from England.

English teams are not that quite dominant sadly, they're not as dominant as Spanish teams and German teams as we see that even Bayern managed to wipe out Arsenal and Real Madrid have been dominant the last couple of years. While English teams have won about 15 trophies, Spain has won about 19 trophies total showing that Spanish Teams are the dominant ones here. Also, English clubs spend way too much on players who tend to have one good season while picking up players who are progressing through the seasons.
