I'm with Usthaad with regards to the finger (I find those who move it very distracting). And with regards to the Hamza's. It will be the Original/Classic Hamza 1.0 for me. I'm of the previos generation, we've been here long enough to know that the value always returns to the Original.

Ustādh, as laymen, is it permissible to sometimes alternate between different opinions on the movements in salah? And regarding the sitting of istira'hah, is it sunnah to perform it all the time or only when one is weak? Also, if a person *_always_* sits on their heels during the sitting between two sujood, is it permissible? They have sensitive skin, and sitting muftarishan causes the skin around their ankle to darken, which they want to avoid.

The skin is the biggest organ. Most people are not aware of anatomical correct shoes. Most of them are not even aware, how the walking cyclegait works: - (lifting up the hip > land with outside of midfoot) - Whoolsocks absorbs the sweat - Cotton and elastic (sport) socks will cause dampening. This leads up to the "leather" skin. + Combine this with the outher bottom of our shoe sole made of synthetic and NOT organic material. Its a SUNNAH to walk barefoot from times to times and to use the Mizwak. We have to start looking trough the SUNNAH lens. Avoid deodorant with alminium and toothpaste with flouride. This 2 will will harm the CERIBRALE. Cold showers & cold wudu is good at the RIGHT TIMES...Just saying. All of this is connected to the skin & the cause of the inflammation. ASALAMALEYKUM

😂 I loved the part about the closed windows and fear of fans and no electricity and water.The latter got worse the last year I was there. I never had to deal with poverty though. I could cook so Allah knows what we could bear.
