I'm trying to have a master checklist (think lesson 1-100) and I want to be able to copy/paste a module that hides all previously completed items in the checklist. For example: First week I do lessons 1-20. So, when I copy/paste, I want the checklist to not start over at 1-100, but instead say 21-100. Is that something we can do via automation? Thanks!

We have customer inquiries come in through our website and would like to create a Trello card with the clients contact info so we can get the card put into our sales process. We tried using zapier to create a card whenever an email came to our support email. The problem is that every email creates a card. We either need to stop getting every email or possibly use a form that could create the New Customer Inquiry card and put it in our Sales Process board. I have really enjoyed your channel. How should I configure the action to automatically check the item in the checklist when I move the card to the "done" list? This card was originally generated by an automation that created the card from that checklist. So they are linked and have the same name. The names of lists, cards, and items are variable.
