What sorta cost was the exhaust and dump to make up for the tb48 no where really makes any thing bigger then 2.5”

Mate, that was just the video I was looking for. Currently attempting my first exhaust which has proven to be a real challenge, but have made some gains. Main issue is blowing through on the butt welds. Have been using 1.2mm filler but I'll try the smaller rod like you have suggested. Would you mind sharing what amperages you like to use on the butt and V-band joints?

Yeah mate 100% Key is to start low and move up until you’re moving at a comfortable speed. However I tend to sit around 40 amps

I do sometimes depends on the job. High horsepower applications yes 100% low horsepower not really nessassary

Awesome work on the exhaust mate, you explained the process verry thoroughly. If you ever do a stainless steel water tank, I'd be interested in how you do it.

It flex’s a fair bit. Those clamps are made to have a decent amount of movement it’s not a solid thing

LOL, my IC is same size and chopped none of the supports and still have coolers in there as well. I will let you dwell on that. While you are there, replace the front body mounts as looking at the rust you have on the rails, I'll bet the mount bolts are shagged. Fix the rust and pait the rails.

Na nothing but the shock. However it’s not designed for sand dune jumping so going full droop shouldn’t be fast at all

you can get rid of the torque rod now, not needed with a hi steer just gets in the way and limits flex.
