The other option is to pay capital gains taxes every year will all that daddy warbucks money. I love Robert and had his game ( won every time because I was a prude with my funds 😂) and his books....even went to that realestate seminar 😏. I was 20 forgive me 😂. Why dont they ever talk about the taxes, most middle class and down is teying to get a refund at the end of the year. This guy is trying to have you pay the IRS for Capital Gains. Which HE CAN, invest based on taxes and your ability to pay those taxes each year. Not a man whose already rich telling you not to have a retirement account. Meanwhile, Wallstreet journal is writting op-eds about how people are retiring as millionaires from their retirement plans! Working class care about taxes, rich class dont!
