I have the same tweek...sort of...mine just starts vibrating until I turn it off. And you must of got a good battery cause mine stopped charging after a year. Now I go 36 hours in between charges. Think I need a new battery or I need to figure out what setting I have on that needs to be turned off. Thanks for the review.

Brother, a 100$ plasma cutter is a lifesaver!!! Lol I knew after my first welding project it was a non-negotiable! Love the content BTW! Just bought a barrel sauna for 500$ that had been sitting unprotected for 2 years😭💔Really debating doing a vlog style (similar to yours) of restoring it. I've never made a KZfaq video before, but I haven't seen anyone doing a restoration video for these. I think that would be pretty cool. You've already given me 100 ideas man so thank you so much for that!!

YO I want a plasma cutter so badly. I loved using one at work. One day... Thanks for the kind words! You absolutely should make a video about it. I'd definitely watch. 500 bucks for a sauna with a heater?? Hope it isn't in too rough of a shape.

The Garmin Instinct is a fantastic watch and function wise pretty much the holy grail of any digital watch lover. However, the design has become boring and is completely outdated, Garmin needs to make something really cool sci-fi/retro/futuristic looking (take a look at the Timex Command Shock for a good example), something in a rectangular 16:9 widescreen format. And please get rid of that stupid circle in the upper right corner it is entirely pointless in a MIP watch and WAY too much Casio'ish (G-Shock'ish).

I like how beat the watch is. Gives it character. You get many scratches on the screen?
@Sparky_Mark
@Sparky_Mark 2 ай бұрын
Thanks, I love it. Not really any scratches.. The outside plastic that encompasses the screen keeps it far enough away that it doesn't really scratch. There is a ton of little spots on it from sparks, when I was using a metal grinder. Since then, I've learned to rotate the watch so that it's on the inside of my wrist while doing that. haha

How'd you get into Trimble layout? Hock the house? $$$$$$ Does it pay well after or is it all in house with construction companies? Seems like all jobs would be short last minute notice and have to layout fast? Do you layout using CAD drawings in State Plane coordinate systems or mainly localize or site calibration? I have a couple of Leica Robotic total stations and GNSS using FieldGenius.
@Sparky_Mark
@Sparky_Mark Ай бұрын
So Tim, I understood like 60% of what you said. haha I will coordinate with our general contractor, and get the most up-to-date DWG files from them. From there, I will coordinate with our guys in the field to figure out what they want laid out. Then, I use the trimble points plug-in inside of AutoCAD to lay out my points. I'll then set up our total station on site based off of grid intersections or control points that I get ahold of from the surveyors who initially set up the site. Then I layout, FAST. Hope this answers your questions!

ChatGPT is a language model. Remember that. Its skill is in predicting what the likely next word is. NOT data.
@Sparky_Mark
@Sparky_Mark 3 ай бұрын
Expand on that - what is the difference between “next word” and “data”?
@alecubudulecu
@alecubudulecu 3 ай бұрын
@@Sparky_Mark sure. Data - in your case is the dataset you gave it (in most cases its data like numbers and quantitative points). Next word is probabilities of what the next word would be. Here’s another way of looking at it. If we - collectively - the whole world. Got together and decided to pretend 1+1=6. And just wrote that and EVERYTHING else made sense (ie 1+2=3… +3=4… and so on… just that 1+1 would equal 6) … And you asked AI what was 1+1…. It’ll say “6”. Because that’s statistically based on what it sees as the most likely outcome. Regardless of whether it’s mathematically accurate.
