There is no problem in receiving donations through an 'Account Payee Cheque'. The Cheque must NOT be a bearer cheque.

Sir 2members can open a section 8 company rite I heard one of the consultant told me during our conversation no tax is applicable if u open sec 8 company.but I Heard from Ur valuable information they will forcibly give us GST as well pf & ECIS if only 2 members are running the sec 8 it's compulsory to accept the above

Absolutely Mandatory! Now a day even photos of Premises, Director(s) sitting in the Registered Office premises; Director(s) standing outside premises of the Registered Office are required by Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).

Not with 100% Accuracy but to the larger extent. The applicant Party is advised to check from the Existing list of Political Parties as available at the website of ECI. If the name is NOT ALREADY existing, not largely similar with the existing party; and any caste or religion based terms have NOT been used in the Proposed Name, then you can happily proceed further.

In my view, Micro Financing Activities are NOT permitted in a Section-8 Company NGO. Whosoever is doing will face the Consequences. I knowingly do NOT want to create any video on this particular subject as I myself do not buy the logic of undertaking Micro Finance Activities by a Section-8 Company.

If donation received for increase in capital and invested in fixed deposit and future contigency other than fixed asset and added to capital , then such donation my be called. Corpus donation.....your valued opinion please

Yes, this will be Corpus Donations. Please make sure to Invest the amount received strictly as per Bucket of Investments prescribed in Section 11(5) of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

If only name of the donor is available as per counterpart of receipt , will it be called anonymous donation...donation from foreign country is allowable or not in such cases..

Answer No.1: As per the requirement of Income Tax Act, you must able to demonstrate Name, Address of the Donor. If the Money has been received in Bank Account, then Mobile Number, UPI details can be retrieved. Answer No.2: Legally it is NOT at all easy to get Foreign Donations in your Bank Account directly. The Bank will carry out its various KYCs before money is credited in your bank account and Complete identity of Foreign Donor is established beyond all doubts. The Question of Anonymous Donations can not arise here at all.

Your DSC Tokens are your exclusive Property. These must always be with you under your Custody. You must learn and make yourself equipped enough that you can always use and sign with your Digital Signatures as and when required from you. Repeating again, your DSC Tokens are your exclusive property.
