What do you mean by strip and repaint ? I have an 06 gs300 in the blue onyx pearl color i just repainted the whole car 3 weeks ago im in love with it all over again and i really want to take out the old lexus logo and put the letters

@@Coral-reef. the original Lexus logo has holes in the trunk to keep it in place, you have to bondo and repaint it.

Hey :) may I ask you why you had to get rid of the active sway bars? Looking to do the coilovers on my GS460 and can't decide if I want to keep the active sways or not.

The configuration doesn’t allow you to keep active sway bars when you lower the car. We could not put the car back together without switching the sway bars.

The part number for the computer I no longer have but this is not on all 460’s, this one came with the active stabilizer suspension spec.

Currently own a gs460 but I cannot find any parts or full assembly suspension kits that would fit the gs460. Looking to lower mine slightly. Also tried looking for this specific kit and cannot find it..

Look for 2008 GS350 parts. It’s the same body trim, different engine.

Know where I could order the sway bar? Most places have discontinued the part PTR02-30090 . Only sway bars I could find is for AWD.

I don't think you should lower the car. You need that clearance. A lit of times people mess with the way the car was meant to drive cause more problems. I know a guy that messed with the suspension of his Dodge Challenger, and he is always working on it now. He made the back end a dually, and it has caused him so much trouble and he has dedicated his life to fixing the suspension. That time he will never get back. I literally have seen him work on that suspension for more than a year. I would say just keep it regular maintenance like things it already needs like oil changes. Very nice car!

Finally just got a gs460. Silver with black interior, hks exhaust and tanabe springs. It has radar cruise AND the active sway bars. I’m looking into a tune and definitely the isf tcm
