Speed 2 on the P262 is lower max RPM and Fewer hits per second. Why did you test them at different settings and with less than full batteries? 🪫 it seems to me to be intuitive that you would want to remove as many variables as possible before “comparing” anything.

I have a pneumatic brad nailer but it sure would be nice not to have to pull the hose along everywhere. I might just have to buy the Ryobi.

If you are comparing them against each other then should be tested as they come. If it causes extra time because they only have a magnet retention. Then that should be reflected in the time. Also when the Milwaukee cut out you did not use it's time from that and started over. Using that time and the poor chuck design the Dewalt would have surpassed the Milwaukee

Hi I just bought the flex vacuum it was $129 and you got a free 350 amp stack battery which is worth 179 alone. I don't understand flex every time I go to Lowe's every week they have tools on clearance and they're 60% off I feel that Lowe's might be dropping their line it doesn't make me feel good in the heart knowing that these nice tools are being sold so cheap but on the other hand I buy a lot of them when I see them on sale. Let me tell you about this tremendous vacuum I'll leave it in the back of my Mercedes van so I can always keep it clean when I throw my crap in the back and have trash days where I have to take bags of trash off the job site if you use a 2.5 volt battery it will work fine but I will tell you if you put a 10 amp battery and that thing it will work like it's supercharged or turbocharged The thing just sings away really loud and the suction is much more incredibly stronger so there you go the bigger the battery the faster that thing will work now I'm talking about going from a 2.5 amp regular battery to a 10 amp stack battery I don't necessarily know if you need to put a 10 amp stack battery cuz it makes a little bit heavy but I'm sure if you put a 6 amp stack or an 8 amp battery it will work good too anyway it's a super good tool but the way they're selling these tools where you buy the vacuum for $129 and they give you $179 battery for free all these prices are just insane it doesn't leave me comfortable that the company is going to be in business or possibly Lowe's is dropping their line I'm looking forward to hopefully on clearance the tripod light that's 249 coming down in price My store where I live has eight of them they've been there for 3 months they haven't sold a one I can see them up in the top and I asked the guys that do the flex there and they all own flex now cuz they get them on clearance too they said the lights haven't moved at all they're too expensive but it's a great light so I'm waiting for the light to go on clearance and the radio. I bought the rear handle saw that was 399 for $209 on Amazon. Now two weeks ago Lowe's had it on clearance for $159 that was the kit with the charger and a 10 amp battery I kept the bat two batteries I bought two saws I kept the two batteries and I sold the saws with the charger for $159 what I paid for them and they gave you a $300 battery. See this is ridiculous this is not what I understand how does the company make money doing this. Why is Lowe's dumping all these things

Love the bevel presets and the quick set depth markers. Just got this thing and was a little bummed about the weight, but I should have expected that. I do a lot of cutting on the fly, bringing a saw up on scaffolding, so I guess i will use my old sidewinder for that stuff and this thing for just lumber and ply at a cut station. Cant wait to see how it cuts through LVL's

For longer life span and not stressing out the motor, get the Ryobi PBLIWO1 High Torque does not include battery in 2022 was $159, early 2023 $169, early 2024 $199, and now at Home Depot as of June 2024 price is $219. Home Depot way of Price Gouging when on Sale its really not a Sale. The Ryobi PBLIW01 is a bit larger in size and with a battery installed weighs about 6 pounds. Cost for a lousy High Performance 18v+ Ryobi 4Ah battery is $70 and I refuse to spend that much on a single battery. 6Ah High Perf. is $99, and 8Ah High Perf. is $180 I am using my regular Ryobi 4Ah batteries as I have 2, they work just as good. Last year 2023 for two regular 4Ah and charger for $89. For best Breaking Power you'll need a 6Ah High Performance 18v+ Battery, I am just using it for Car Lug Nuts, not mechanical or auto mech work or on large vehicles. If I were, there are much better Impact Wrench guns providing you want to spend $500 or more. Reason getting the High Torque because it will outlast most of the lower-powered Ryobi Torque Wrench models.

I dunno man, somehow I adapted and let the driver move to keep the bit where it belongs. Granted I have no bits that long, only some similarly long extensions with 1/4" hex collet for short bits.

Had this in mind as a project for a few weeks. Was going to wait until I next saw a grill left out for the scrap man. Tonight I walked past a nice gas grill on a hefty trolley base left out for scrap. Waited until it was dark thinking I’d be able to spirit it away without the neighbours seeing. 😬 The thing weighs a tonne, so I had to roll it in the wheels, banging and clanking and rattling like a military drum band. 😅 Oh well. I now have a sturdy body for my home made pauper forge, and zero street cred. 😄

I feel these tests are a little bias considering the gentleman has 20 ryobi tools on the wall. You can't use a 2 amp battery on a saw. Thr 4 amp and that saw destroys the ryobi. I'm not saying they are better but they have way more power. Thus 24v to 20v.

Nice vid! I've been thinking about jumping into the Masterforce platform as I love Menards. I also have been eyeing the Worx Nitro line because I like how everything has the same battery for 20v, 40v and 80v stuff. I've so far mostly used Skil. Thoughts on the build quality comparison of these?
