Have caught plenty of good size snapper's & Jew close to Redcliffe (pb 85cm small knob) , Your beast has been smashing some shells, I’m a bit cautious on going to far out in my 4.2 dory , it’s got to be calm like your day was, That bommie your at are pretty rare, it’s a desert out there. Well done & tight lines.

One of the greatest Fraser fishing video , love it so much . Straight away subscribed . Quick question for u boys , I am a guy in Melbourne , if I tow my boat to Fraser , in order to get such a good fishing ground like you have , should I go launching Hervey Bay , and fishing the west side of island , or , I should going out through the hook point and fishing through the east side of the island . And which one is safer to going out ? Much much appreciate for your help and instruction 😊

Hey mate ! Thanks for the kind worlds much appreciated ! For fishing this sort of country mate we are east of Fraser Island, the best way we have found is launching from tin can bay and going out the bottom end of Fraser and shooting off there. The bar isn’t the safest bar but if you use the daylight and also a steady tide on good weather windows it’s not normally to bad . Hope this helps mate thanks !

@@nomissesfishing thanks for the tips guys , much appreciate , I heard some horrible stories about that bar . Maybe I will launch from Maroochydore , and take two hours trip to double island point , set up base behind lighthouse in the lagoon , then going out from there , to avoid that bar crossing 🥹🥹🥹

Something you should consider. You will end up with electrolysis from touching dissimilar metals with that stainless shackle holding the boat down on the trailer. It would also suck if someone stole your shackles off of your trailer when your out on the water.

Great vid boys! When/if you fish out of Gladstone overnight - how is the car security? And which ramp do you use? Cheers mate👍
@nomissesfishing
@nomissesfishing 4 ай бұрын
hi mate, fishing anywhere overnighters can always be a little concerning for the car/trailer but dash cams and parking under lights always helps. agnes/ turkey beach/ yeppoon/ gladestone all seem fairly safe these days mate.
