Sorry for your loss. Uncle Bud definitely was a man that I and everyone should of had the opportunity to have met and been around. What a special and kind hearted man for sure.

Was gifted a Scottish longhorn skull. Wow what a job! Thx for the tips and encouragement. Horns are off after a lotnof boiling and skulls in the boil now. Super excited to see how it all turns out.

I don't know why but the removal of the horns made me extremely sad.....the is the most characteristic trait of the breed of that cow/bull.

What a fantastic way to make a living reminds us all of our own mortality and even how beautiful skulls are ,no matter what the species IMO. Subbed !

Horns are hair and grow constantly thru an animals life. Antlers are bone and are shed annually. Fun fact I learned a long time ago in Hunters Ed 😅.. annoys me when some hunters call antlers "horns" 😮
