I agree with like everything you said about the Cannibal!! Only thing is with Balerion. Princess Alyssa’s first choice for her dragon was Balerion in 75 AC. In 84 AC princess Saera gets caught at the dragonpit trying to claim a dragon. Jaehaerys seems to be concerned about Balerion. He wonders would Saera have taken Balerion. Dreamfire is there too. But Jaehaerys doesn’t mention Dreamfire at all he mentions Balerion. So 75 AC Alyssa thought Balerion was just fine, 9 years later Jaehaerys (and possibly Saera too) thinks Balerion is fine, and just 9 years after that Balerion “Stopped Growing” (say what)!! And can barely fly around Kingslanding. Then a year later Balerion is dead. Maegor wasn’t unintelligent. He designed the dragonpit so the lairs there were 5 times bigger than the ones on Dragonstone. The dragons actually had bigger lairs to grow in at Kingslanding. Balerion goes from being fine to barely being able to fly in a 9 year window. I’m pretty sure Balerion didn’t even double in size in 40 years so it definitely didn’t outgrow the dragonpit. Something or someone else made Balerion stop growing and die.

I actually don’t agree with everything you said about the Cannibal. You said let’s look at the facts. Grey Ghost is killed by Sunfire but Cannibal doesn’t eat it. Moondancer is also killed by Sunfire but Cannibal doesn’t drive off Sunfire so it can eat Moondancer. (Just like Cannibal did to Sheepstealer). Sunfire wouldn’t have been able to fight back. The Cannibal doesn’t just finish off and eat Sunfire. Either of Sunfire’s fights should’ve at least drawn the Cannibal from its lair but Cannibal never shows up. So that’s 3 dead or dying dragons (some of Cannibal’s “favorite food”) that the Cannibal shows absolutely no interest in. The Cannibal seemed like it showed plenty of interest in another food source though when it drove off Sheepstealer and devoured Silver Denys and his sons. Apparently someone has seen the inside of Cannibal’s lair and lived to tell about it. That person was able to identify all kinds of human bones littering the Cannibal’s lair. That mystery person did not say anything about dragon bones being in Cannibal’s lair though. Seems like dragon bones should stick around a lot longer than human bones. No shell fragments or anything. IMO the Cannibal wasn’t hardly a cannibal at all!! The Cannibal was just a regular old maneater!!
