I'm a seasoned ole school crochet artist. All was well until I got to the neck lines and arm. Got off track. Tried to compensate and I ended up scraping it! I was resistant in the first place. Much success to those who can figure it out! Thank you for your tutorial.

I was looking for and at different tapestry crochet tutorials and came across this video. I use the same technique of carrying yarn from the beginning and for the same reason, consistency. Not always a secondary color if I don’t think I have enough of it until I absolutely have to. I love to crochet so sewing in ends is not something I have a problem with. I love that you get a hint of the carried yarn occasionally. It turns out lovely. Thanks for sharing.

How many rows would you suggest of each color?
@venxlol70788 күн бұрын
You did a great job explaining were the stitches go. I’ve been crocheting for a while but I was still confused about that “ last stitch” thanks for clarifying. My only confusion is that skipped stitch on row 6.. I’m not sure y but mine looks like a double crochet not a fptr maybe I’m doing it wrong..?

Hello! Thank you for this lovely pattern! I am a little lost on how many rows to make for the panels. 7:14 I tried to measure the length but I’m not sure it will look right? I would greatly appreciate any tips! Thank you!

No matter how many times I tried this, I can't get the sides to come out evenly. It's a beautiful stitch but I'm having a real hard time with the sides. One side is fine, the other side is slowly creeping inward. And I do catch that last stitch.

Makes a great capelet with a natural shawl collar, zig zag lace down the front, if started with a single motif, ch. 7.

In the round looks good also. But different.

This may be my favorite stitch of all time. Weldon's Victorian Crochet called it Crazy Stitch. It forms a perfect square if you start from a single motif and increase every row, 3-spoke, dblcrost. Not much you can't make with it. Makes a pretty trim. I make a roll of strip trim with it to increase a bra strap sizeable with buttons. Glad you brought it out here. I call it Diagonal Bias. Can be made 2-spoke. Versatile.
