I bought a BMW X3 for $500, & made minor repairs before flipping it for $2,500. I came out about $1,200 cash profit for about 1 weeks worth of time/work

You make it look like a BMW is put together like a Lego set. Are BMWs generally this easy to maintain as long as you have the right tools? If anyone cares to answer. Which car manufacturer or car is easiest to maintain?

i recently bought e39 3.0 and i have an issue that it does not have power of 3 liter engine, i would say that it drives max as 1.9 engine car, could you suggest where to start digging? i am thinking that turbine could be faulty or vacuums fault but i am not sure at all

The more I watch car fixing videos, the further I am to actually doing any DIY stuff. All of this information was accrued over hundreds, if not thousands, of hours of experience. Thanks but I'll pay.

There's no such thing as a cheap BMW. While in this case the parts cost ended up being quite reasonable, it was only blind luck he didn't have to take the engine out, tear it down and rebuild it. And that is certainly beyond most DIY owners in terms of facilities, expertise and cost. There's a reason old luxury German cars are cheap.

Hello sir i really loved the vid and what amazed me your seamless skill please guide me where i can get the same learning you got a 30 day course to be a good mechanic😊
@JunkyDIYguy4 күн бұрын
If you're planning to become a mechanic, then you can enroll in a training program or apprenticeship and learn that way, otherwise you can learn from proper diagnostic automotive videos on youtube. Scanner danner, pine hollow auto diagnostic, Diagnose Dan, Simply diagnostic are to name a few. Early scotty kilmer videos are also good for diy level diagnostic works and Chrisfix's videos are good for DIY maintenance. However, putting the learned knowledge to practice by fixing your and your friends' cars is important. Having some common sense is equally as important if not more.
