These were not the principles mentioned by Covey in his work. When he refers to principles, he means natural, immovable laws that one should use to guide their life. "The Lighthouse Principle" isn't a principle. It is saying Principles are like a lighthouse. A ship cannot tell a light house to change its course. The ship must change its course to avoid the light house, because just like principles they are fixed and immovable. Fairness, Integrity, Honesty, Dignity, Service, Excellence, Growth, etc... These are principles. What is being explained in this video are methods or advises given by Covey to help you build your paradigm based on core principles.

A few major inaccuracies: Sweden has never had a high suicide rate! It isn't and has never ever been high in Sweden. The myth is based on a deliberate attempt to smear social democracy by the Americans during the cold war. Just Google Eisenhower +Sweden to find out the basis of this falsehood. Obviously you can't abort anything at the eighteenth month, it's the eighteenth week. Also while there has been discussion about male abortion rights because equality is a hot topic it's not something that exists as no one has yet figured out a way to it fairly without effectively putting someone in charge of someone else's body which is obviously unacceptable. There was one proposed system by the youth chapter of one of the major parties suggesting that male abortion would be a purely legal system where custody simply wasn't given upon birth but even that was never suggested by the main party or brought to parliament. All proper Universities are tuition free, not just most. The ones you pay for are like hobby universities, not real ones. However sadly in 2010 tuition was introduced for many international students. It's only free for member of EEA or EFTA which means EU plus Switzerland, Norway and Iceland. The tax rate is a minor inaccuracy as Denmark has highest tax rate, but since Sweden is second it doesn't really change the message.

Our kingdom? Sverige (Sweden) means kingdom of Svea, and svear was the people that lived in the central part of the country. This region is called Svealand today. Secondly, Sweden does not have the highest suicide rate. We are just open about the statistics. In many other countries suicide is tabu and not always reported to the authorities.

Sweden is just a sick country when it comes to feminism. They go way !! too far, even most women agree (in other Western countries) They want e.g. gender neutral names !! for boys and girls (no more Tom, John, Sara or Claire etc.), and boys and girls must play with the same toys, colours like blue and pink are pretty much forbidden, men should be forced by law to pee sitting down etc, etc. Everything is based on the assumption that boys and girls / men and women are exactly the same (or should be forced by law to behave and act the same) Which is nonsense of course, thousands of university papers nowadays disagree on this notion, and point out men and women / boys and girls differ in many ways. Anyway its a small country, with no more than (almost) 10 million people, but feminists just love !! to pinpoint to this (small) country, forgetting / ignoring the 99.6% that are all other countries in the world.

www.thelocal.se/20120611/41358 Here is just one example, where the Swedish Left Party tries / tried to make it illegal for men to pee standing up in office toilets Its just one example, but these dumb political correctness nonsense pretty much always originate from Sweden
