Laws can’t be broken. Be proactive. You reap what you sow. Begin with the end in mind. Prioritise. Don’t be caught in the thick of things. Empathic listening. Sharpen the saw. Production/production capacity Focus on cicle of influence

Great work. Dr. Stephen R. Covey is a great man.

These were not the principles mentioned by Covey in his work. When he refers to principles, he means natural, immovable laws that one should use to guide their life. "The Lighthouse Principle" isn't a principle. It is saying Principles are like a lighthouse. A ship cannot tell a light house to change its course. The ship must change its course to avoid the light house, because just like principles they are fixed and immovable. Fairness, Integrity, Honesty, Dignity, Service, Excellence, Growth, etc... These are principles. What is being explained in this video are methods or advises given by Covey to help you build your paradigm based on core principles.

I agree with you, I have made a search and i did not find any source for such principles "rater than the 90/10 principle, mentioned by Covey".

akshay goel you have to read his books. They are probably each around 400 pages. Such amazing books but they take lots of time. I’ve read 7 Habits of Highly Effective People 3 times. And I will likely read it many more.
