NOT TRUE. In principle, an academic instructor should always have an advance degree than the students he/she is teaching. In practice, an instructor may be allowed to teach undergraduate students if he/she is currently pursuing his/her master's degree.

Could it be possible for the opening of your demo will have the opening prayer, roll out of the participants lists, small time for intoducing yourself and your participants as well. Just to see the panelists that these need to be done first?

Hi. If your audience during the time of the demo are the panelists and walang actual students, would it be okay to interact with them? Like sila yung tatanungin mo ng questions about your slides? Or no interactions kapag panelists ang audience? thank you 😊❤️

nung time ko, pinapili kami anong courses ang tatake namin compre. 5 courses kanya kanyang trip. inipon ko lang lahat ng notes ko from those courses. that time, sharing kami ng classmates ko ng notes and yung mga senior samin nag share din ng notes nila.

Onsite: pwedeng random students plus faculty or limited faculty members lang walang students at all Online: depende sa university. Meron 1 person lang ang audience. Meron halos buong faculty ay audience

Oo mababa pasweldo sa karamihan ng manila uni in my experience, private man or public. Ang daming requirements na personal gastos ng individuals kagaya nga ng pag grad school. I dont know kung kailan ang ROI kapag uni teacher ang trabaho.

@@MargaeryGaudierI feel sorry for all the Filipinos who spent a lot of money out of their pocket and dedicated a lot of their time to work on their credentials but ended up getting underpaid by these abusive schools. No wonder a lot of our kababayans try their luck in neighbor countries like Thailand where you can get paid way higher than what an instructor 1 in the Phil. make and Thailand doesn't even require a masters degree for English Teachers. Also, you don't have to be an English major. I hope you find a better opportunity somewhere else, teach. There's no life in this country. It's just horrible. I wish you luck! 🙂

Yes, go na yan. Some uni naman would accept incoming grad school enrollees for faculty. Not sure tho sinu sino yun pero meron naman. Basta assure mo lang silang mag eenroll ka nga talaga

For aug/sept semester, june july is the hiring season. For jan/feb semester, it's november. Best places to check for vacancies are on their social media accounts and uni websites.

Hi Ma'am thank you very much for this very honest and raw sharing. I will be finishing my Master's degree this June 2024 and was initially planning to go the academe route and apply as Instructor I in state universities in my province. I'll keep my options open by then and to really assess myself if I have the patience and grit to be in academe. I'll take note rin na to get the per unit payment if I ever opt to go for academe. Napakagandang tanong haha walang job security ang university teachers hanggat hindi sila MA/MS degree holder and hindi pa tenured. Kaya lipat lipat lang ako kung saan mas mataas ang sweldo or kung mababa man ang sweldo pero mas fit ako sa setting as a human being.
