This story really broke my heart its so sad to see people fall into that path drinking and doing drugs its really not worth it and doesn't fix any problems im not here to judge anyone thats does but i honestly hope there is a better solution i understand times are hard and once you fall into that path its even harder to get out i struggle with this cost of living day to day but im so grateful i have chosen to stay fit and healthy instead i stress as well but instead of taking alcohol or drugs i go to the gym and focus on my well-being i really hope there is hope and all the help for those out there! 🙏🏼

Hi Dan. Long time subscriber here on my other channel. I watched all of your videos at one point and really enjoyed your dead mall series. I know of several great urbex spots in Central Jersey, 45 minutes from Manhattan and I always do a lot of night hiking with very powerful flashlights and headlamps. I can show you some awesome & creepy spots, including the Matawan Maneater location which inspired the movie "Jaws".

Funny enough my local kmart closed a month before this video first came out. And a few months later I found a much better job that is still my current job.

This is behind my house. It was a ACME distribution warehouse. There are two parking lots on the other side of the bridge for employees and trailers to be picked up/dropped off. You're lucky you didn't get shot. Neighborhood don't like people messing around cause that's how we had a fire in one park a few years ago. Some Africans tried use part of the it years ago to send used clothes over to Africa. I see you didn't show the trailers from tire business on the far end of the building.

This motel is shown on Google Maps it shows the crime tape. The pictures are from the people in the reviews. If you look now, it shows just cement slabs.

As a former memphian, this mall used to be the best. The mall of memphis was cool, but living in fox meadows, this was the closest and I used to love going here.

I swear them helicopters stay flying above all day it’s wild all the fuel they must spend. Corruption is the biggest issue and the BGF taking over open air drug market all over for crack and caps and people coming from surrounding areas to buy from them because it way cheaper there than other places

I think your video was made around the time the bank took over. The former owner had defaulted on the loan and wasn't making utility payments. I think the bank felt there was possibly some chance the mall could come back to life so they spent some money. They got the main fountains working (I think there used to be more but they had been turned in to planters over the years) repaired the elevators and I *think* they also did some AC work. If I remember correctly they also brought in occasional security patrols to keep vandalism under control. Could be wrong but I think the same guy owned Six Flags Mall in Arlington Tx (another dead mall. Knocked down a few years ago)
