I am constantly doing little excercises to improve my eyesight, hearing, eye hand co-ordonation, etc. . I am constantly narrowing things down to find what requires least effort energy etc with the maximum results. I run a meta analysis of a conversation parallel to engaging with the content of the conversation, it's scary and I would not like to run into another INTJ. I am afraid to show emotion because I belief it makes me vulnerable. I can spend weeks alone focused on learning and acquiring new skill sets..no one else in my family seems to do this. I think many steps ahead which leads me to feeling depressed, since instead of seeing actions taking place in the moment there is a tendency to try predict what the long term consequences of an action. I see actions as little dominos that fall and lead to other dominos falling...the chain reaction.
