Superb documentary great achievement and really detailed insight into the dedication sacrifices, determination, and support needed to compete at this level. Was motivating to have a benchmark of of what can be achieved naturally as a tall lifter.

Actually Ronaldo is about skills. Not only that, but talent. Not everyone who puts in the same effort will be the next Ronaldo because they would have to have his talent too. Most people don't. Bodybuilding on the other hand, is not a skill. It's simply dedication. It's not a talent.

In “Fairness” you’ve missed one of the biggest points of the documentary. Jon included HIIT Kbell Training in order to show that you can incorporate function and dynamic training principles into a fitness show prep. He’s also a master kbell trainer and wanted to show care this skill set on camera. What part of this do you find “silly”?

Awesome work mate! As you can see there was a lot more in the tank on all of my "PR" lifts however this really wasn't the purpose of the film.."to see how heavy I could lift". The purpose was to give and unbiased view into a natural show prep and to help people understand what it can take and how to avoid so of the more unhealthy approaches. Thanks for watching and we hope you got more out of the film than what weight I was lifting :)

I find that the posing aspect for me atleast would be one of the biggest challenges aswell as having a good stage presence. @@lowkeylife7898 Yes 100% natural. I take it as a compliment that you think I was taking PED's but if you look at my chest it's 100% "natty" lol. If you watch the film you will see the reason why I made this film was because of my concern that you men and woman are led down a path where they believe that the only way to get a physique like this is to take PED's. I used an IIFYM nutrition protocol and trained 6 days and week using a periodized strength and conditioning program that was designed specifically for my body and goals. I didn't take any fat burners, diuretics or cut water to get show ready. Being a strength and conditioning coach of 10 year and an athlete (soccer, swimming) all my life I already had a great base. Take a watch and let me know your thoughts. Jon :)

I was interested till the kettlebell swings on a bosu. As a former hkc instructor, the point of the kettlebell swing is to build a solid base, no can do with a wobbly bosu. Niw a superset if swing and wood choppers on a bosu would have been better. Or what I used to do iron cross into a pistol squat with dumbells(bosu does not move!) I emphasize that!

Reason for a solid base , is to maintain normal spine alignment along with stabilization

Hey Neco. Thanks for watching! I appreciate all constructive feedback:) Like you I love traditional kettlebell training! I was just trying to have some fun and take a break from the mundane strength work. Alexis George Thank you for the feedback and thank you for watching! We tried not to overload the viewer with too much info in order to not distract too much away from the journey and messages we were trying to convey. I used a 5 day split strength training program which incorporated 2x15 min full body KBELL HIIT circuits twice a week. I tried to up my weights 2-5% each week. In order to dial certain parts of my physique in we identified areas that I needed to focus on more towards the middle of the prep and changed the program accordingly.
