Truly mesmerizing! would love to do this one day. I wonder how long does it take for the paint to dry before applying the resin clear coat?

Hey Diana, I have a couple questions. How thick is your mix when pouring? Second, you do all the pouring in one setting, right?

Love watching your journey. You're getting into my kinda work, just Remember Dianka, bark is made to come off dry wood. If that's an order, quality over quantity!! Maybe pin the bark on our flood it. I got you if you got questions. Big learning curve in woodworking
@diankapours621412 күн бұрын
thank you! I actually removed all of the bark and reapplied it with a strong adhesive :) my client wanted it so I found a way to reinforce it

Put find a lot of air bubbles from the raw wood ? It's beautiful.
@diankapours621413 күн бұрын
yea the first layer hardened with a lot of bubbles so I had to give it a light sand and redo!
@theresawood826713 күн бұрын
I have used raw wood a few times and sometimes there are bubbles and sometimes no. I think maybe depends on how dry the wood is 🤷♀️

I´m from New York , but for the last 12 years I retired with my husband to Peru. He is from Here. I watched you whenI was in Florida and was amazed by your work. I purchased the fire glass which was very heavy and brought it to Peru, but I haven´t started because I still want to take your class. I´ve been waiting to see you again on KZfaq. So happy to see you again, AND YES please include me in the give away.

I have a 1m70 x50 cm piece laying in my studio since a year it’s almost done but all it’s missing are the glitter lines I’m so anxious to mess it up help what should I do? I did. draw the lines on with water based markers but I’m not satisfied so I didn’t pour the lines
@diankapours621416 күн бұрын
If you have a scraper tool, you can pour the lines and then scraper them off if you arent satisfied! I've done that before. Any residual pieces of glitter that stayed on the painting can be sanded off
