You could start a consolidation business and do speaking at events. You have so much knowledge about addiction. It's something we need more people talking about. God bless my friend

It’s not the big things that count. It’s all the little things in life that make the difference. You will remember a lot of the little things that will make you forget about all the big things.

It’s not often I comment on things. I just want to say that for me this message helped quell some of the worry I’ve been carrying around for a few weeks. We all struggle and most of us are decent at putting a smile on and moving forward. Sometimes the weight can be too much. But just this little reminder to not take everything for granted and to start looking for everyday beauty, absolutely wonderful.

Andy, a really good friend-girl of mine has taken on a motto after losing her husband last year, “Every day is not a good day, but there is good in every day.” Love you brother, from a broken man in Tennessee.

Brother, Bless and be Blessed. You have the ability to see so much, not everyone has that. So, find all the good. There is so much good! You have a big slice of it. Don’t forget, you are special, and so is everyone else. In this life you will have troubles! Be absolutely thrilled that God is working in your life. He just wants to bring you home! It’s a journey, be glad you are on it! Keep on keeping on and don’t ever quit. We are with you! Peace, Larry

Sounds like that time I thought I was young and decided to do wind sprints over the railroad overpass near my house. I thought I was cool and would sprint uphill, tap the sign and walk back down and repeat. Little did I know that the change in angle would pull my Achilles tendon and ruin me for the next six months. It gets to the point later in life that maybe longer is better than faster Andy.

Good idea, Andy. Take the good little things and make them big good things. I'm not one who suffers depression but I do get down sometimes. I have to walk my dogs cause I live in an apartment so I gotta do that sometimes. I sometimes just walk them and not look around, and sometimes I walk and really look around. The trees and that they are different and unique. Some are different types, different shapes, different green colors of the leaves, different shapes of the leaves, etc. I mean some people don't even take that kinda time. Yes, I thank God every day that I can see all the things. I'm sorry you hurt and that you are getting better. Maybe God is tryin to tell you, like He does me at times, to slow it down, be patient and take you time to pay attention to things. Yes, the little things need attention, too. I'll be prayin for you to heal completely and be strong on that leg again. God bless.🙏🏼❤️

Andy you the man, and this really powerful advice. Just take a pause every now and then to look around, and soak it all in, look for all the little good things in the moment. To me it really helps in the now, and later on when you remember that one great moment you had that time when you just sat and took it all in. Like the grass and the seagull.. life is probably just giving you a time out to focus on some other things.
