@sayianprincevegeta7969 it's stable and works well on mid to low, although I haven't tried it myself, just a bit confused whether to get a modded switch lite. Wanted to know how's the linux gaming side as in low demanding and indie games ?. I don't want to go for those android aderno handhelds. I wish linux handhelds had more power, btw did you try to run port master on your switch or is it not possible any idea ?.

If you have a modchip installed in the unit, it'll automatically push the payload. There is no need for a jig or to use tegrarcm.

Once you have your chip installed, I recommend checking out the HATS pack. It'll get you started with all the basics to get you going. After that, you can slowly start adding plugins, games, and programs

After reading your comment I tried the newest master build as of 7/24 for the flycast standalone and also turned off DSP in the flycast core via retroarch. The standalone had minor improvements and less stutter than before, but still not what I would consider comfortable to play. There were also minor audio issues that persisted as well. The flycast core was much better with DSP off, but stuttering still remains during heavy action scenes and super moves. As well as the aforementioned audio problems. I would say it's probably the best way to play it on Switch as of right now, but still not 100% Thanks for checking out the video!

You can get the modded packs by creating them yourself via the caVedatabase manager, using your own backed up roms. Or, if you'd prefer, you can search the web for packs that other creators have shared online. Keep in mind that downloading these packs may or may not be legal, depending on where you live 👍

Odin 2 will have the most compatibility. The Switch will have its fair amount of upkeep if you plan on keeping the software updates current, but it's not too bad

Odin 2 is best? I just wanna play all the dreamcast and ps2 games I loved since they're so expensive to replace now

@@sayianprincevegeta7969 The best Citra version currently with Vulkan is a fork called LIme3DS, if Vulkan doesn't make things much better then try Citra MMJ which increases performance with hacks at the cost of compatibility a bit.
