Can you please tell me what kind of amp modeler I should buy and what kind of amp-cab-speakers to get? Please I’m a total beginner when it comes to these things and I’m not sure what to get.. I don’t need it for live it’s more just for at home jamming with my brother basically…any help would be greatly appreciated… I’m just not sure if I should get a PA system or an frfr or an amp or which one lol it’s all really confusing and I’m not sure if I should spend a lot on a kemper or something or a tonex would be good also for what I need…?

There are a lot of great amp modelers now, but I would recommend any decent active PA speaker for amplification. Guitar speakers in cabs tend to really trim higher and lower frequencies, which is fine... However you can trim those frequencies yourself with an EQ pedal.

I owned a Gibson J45 bought it new 1973, played it for 25 years top cracked sold it 1995, 1995 bought Martin D35 played it until 2023, bought a Gibson J35 in 2014 played it until 2023 also, traded them 2024 for a new Martin HD28 1935, Love it..

Love mine. I have 20+ guitars. Btw , my Kluson tuners (Gibson) fell apart in a year. These tuners are WAY better.

I haven’t tried the TF AC30 to see but I have used them with the WT Matchless C30 and AC30. I know it is in phase with those. I am planning on capturing an AC30 very soon as well.

good Demo - but I bought the CB with miniswitch and did it like you demonstrat as a favorite switch. But then the Bypass doesnt work anymore. So that you have allways only two options. Wether only the CB on or off (wet/dry), or with the miniswitsch than "on" ore "on with favorit" (wet/wet) with favorit. Do i something wrong? If not, is this not good, cause in the case with favorit switch you have no Bypasssignal if you turn the CB off!!!! - Then there is no signal! sorry for my English

it’s not a matter of the pedal itself. The pedal is only as good as the captures that you get. The software does an amazing job, the best in my opinion, and profiling amps. It’s the most accurate and highest Fidelity. You have to know who to buy captures from. everyone thinks they can make them but 99% of them are not functional in a mix and a lot of those don’t even sound good on their own. The software and associated hardware pedals are simply tools.

You can't run it off of a battery. You have to use an external power supply.

I got one, but my laptops are acting up. I have not been able to update it or do anything to it. I’ve been using it some amp I don’t even know what it is, but it sounds great. Just did the basic EQ myself in the pedal. It’s great. I honestly honestly don’t need 20 Amps but switching to three instead of two would be nice

Before I wasted 300 bucks on a Universal Audio Dream '65 I watched a bunch of videos, just like this one, waxing lyrical and telling me it was the best thing since the invention of the wheel and if I got one all my problems would be over. Guess what, they were selling snake oil. Save your money.

It’s just a tool specifically made for modelers and amp sims. I wouldn’t call it snake oil. Just does a better job then a standard DI for that application. I literally bought this with my own money and just wanted to share my experience - nothing more.
