I totally get it. Some days, it just doesn't quiiiiite work out, but if you tried your best, you tried your best and that's what counts.

Either you've redecorated or (un)mirrored yourself! 😆 On topic: yeah, sometimes you have those days where you're just not feeling it or just can't get into the groove. It happens, we learn what we can and next time it will definitely be better.

I like the discussion and thought process and although not the original intention maybe, the simplicity of just going out and taking photos. Love the diner photos a lot but totally on board with needing more activity around to take photos almost like I'm breaking a social contract to take photos solo but I also wouldn't hesitate if I was using a phone.

I see that your photos were only taken in ROMA/CONDESA, they are amazing, but Mexico City is not just that area, in the Zocalo there are more places that are incredible to photograph, Bellas Artes, Monumento a la revolucion, Coyoacan, Tlatelolco...There you will find areas that truly represent Mexico. I love this video and seeing the style changes based on the type of light too. Also hate to use the word vibes, but the sun glow in the latter half of photos (and I think the bloom from the glimmer glass?) really creates a nostalgic film feel.

Loved the pic you were able to capture of the bird flying by the roller coaster!

I had a bit of unintentional "audible vertigo" at the 3:13 mark...another vlog I follow religiously uses the music you have at that point as their intro music, so my brain is like, "Why am I not seeing THEM right now?!" :) Anyway, agreed on diners and old-school restaurants, which tend to have more color and more lines than the more "minimalistic" stuff you see these days. At least, that's how it seems to me. Cheers!

I like the idea of intentionally documenting inspirations, I'll see a lot on instagram (or recently glass) but then when I'm trying to think of something new to photograph or somewhere to go I suddenly forget everything.

Please do a “still life” video, you do it so well in your cafe/diner vids. Would love some tips of framing objects in these scenarios
