He didn't need to. The message and teachings were given long before Moses by Shiva to the 7 Sages. These Sages then spread the knowledge to all the surviving tribes of the flood after being saved by Manu (Hindu Noah). From these teachings of Yoga, Mantra, Tantra and Yantra came the revelations of God. Everything is the I, the Am is the material identity the I takes at birth. Everything is Brahman. The previous civilization understood the power of sound vibrations and frequencies, but more specifically they understood it through their material body. A Yogi once told me that while this is the digital age, the previous one was the age of mantras. He explained that in the previous age, the people knew how to use their ethereal voice, which gave mantras more power. There are certain powerful families mentioned in the Mahabharata that invoked specific energies through mantras to bare children. And so the Son of the Sun, Karna, Son of the Wind, Arjuna and so on were born. This is the same time Hindus say God himself took birth as Krishna. These 'Demigods' end up starting a War which Krishna as a human tries very hard to stop but ends up failing showing us that even God himself abides by material laws when taking birth. These stories of the Mahabharata are what got mixed up with moral stories of how good and evil are at war within the mind and body and got transposed into the Bible today. Jesus resurrects on the third day, Moses meets God on the third day. The third day is referring to how long the kundalini energy stays at the bottom of the spine before you can rise it up the spine slowly to the pineal glad and break it open, usually happens on the final third day. Mt. Sainai, Mt. Meru, Mt. Olympus and world tree Yggdrasill are all metaphors for the spine. Moses raised the serpent (Kundalini) as did Jesus (Ressurection). Only enlightened beings who have awakened all their chakras through Kundalini can leave the material body from very top of their head where the Crown chakra is. Otherwise, all souls leave through the various edifices in the body back into the cycle of birth and death.
