I would not rent that place for $150.00 per month even if Jesus Christ himself came down from heaven and ordered me to. Owners in the Philippines needs to start presenting finished rental products. Absolute garbage!!!

There are 2 other places, National Bookstore at big Robinsons Mall or also try the other NB at Silliman Avenue, the one near the University. These are mainly for art supplies.
