Ivy showed me a large one bedroom apartment that her family is renting out for 10,000 php ($180 usd). I imagine you could offer less. One of the first places I've seen with an actual real mattress that looked clean and in good condition.

It's cheap, but that's probably because it is out in the boondocks. No access by car.
