Personally, I find that you can move just a little bit during the first three days of Anapana but get a little more disciplined each time you sit. You can also use a chair or cushion, or even sit against the wall if it helps. Eventually, it will become less painful, and as you go into Vipassana you’ll discover that the pain is simply temporary. ☺️🧘🏼‍♀️🙏🏼 May all beings be happy

Hello, thanks for your question. Be The Observer channel received a copyright strike and all meditations videos had to be taken down. If not the entire channel may have been deleted permanently. After 10 days of vipasana course. I started doing vipasana on a daily basis, 1 Hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening But sometimes this thought comes to my mind how this works only by observing sensations. Sometimes I don't get sensations, sometimes some subtler sensations on my face but till I stay equanimous.
