When ppl say they are not sure why ppl don't like the song I can tell you. 1. Your terminally online an lack common sense. 2. You dont know what an opinion is (refer back to 1 if this is you) 3. Ppl just allowed to have different taste. Your pretending not to know why ppl don't like something. Its what we ppl called selective listening / viewing. Frankly smile sucks. Daring Dalliance, dreams aloft, hilde brand theme, night time in thanalan, are some good upbeat listening hell XD even B my honey. Smile was a miss an will always be a miss in my eyes.

While having a decent portion of the journey be essentially learning of the cultures and habits was definitely a difference from before, I enjoyed it. Learning of the new world and those who lived in it just.. because we could essentially. There were some obligations but after that obligation ended I still wanted to explore more. While differing opinions on the expansion are a thing and valid for each to have I did enjoy my time in it. And added another weird object to our collection of mysterious rocks and shapes haha

It's not all something possibly horrible. Even if we have to keep fighting, we can still do so with the hope that it's for the betterment of us all.

No both are and pretending ppl are not allowed to like music they like is messed up. There are tons of happy songs in this game. Daring dalliance, inspecter hilde brand theme, dreams aloft, ff15 gas station theme to name a few. Just cause ppl dont like smile doesn't mean they dont like happy music it just shows you guys have limited thinking compacity

I’m not sure why people didn’t like the song, sure it wasn’t sad or dramatic but we aren’t at that point in the story yet. This is literally the beginning, and while the ending of the story was bittersweet it still was overall a happy resolution. A beautifully tragic story of sacrifice, passing and letting go, I think this fits that ending theme perfectly.

No, ppl is ok with the song. What ppl didn't like is this song appearing in scenes that not fit. Example, this song appearing in the Train building scene better? Or appearing at the credit rolls when Erenville narates at the end. I say it's WAY better at the end and it should appear only at the end.

If they put the start of the song like the credit did it'll be much well received. Why do you think at the end there was so perfectly done.

This expansion was very Buddhist. Buddha would be proud. At it's core, his philosophy was about not getting attached, for things always change, and all that is will eventually fade but something new will replace it. Holding on causes pain, it drags you down, it keeps you from moving on with the flow of time. Enlightenment is just about learning to let the Flow (heh see what I did there?) carry you along and appreciate every single moment you have because you can't hold onto them, but you can REMEMBER them. Let those memories fill you with joy, even the sad ones, because you experienced it, because you were there, because you're here now, because it's over and you're past it, or any combination of those things. :3

I finally figured out its "tales of loss and fire and faith" this song is a continuation of endwalker honestly but transforming that struggle into a more "happy" melody. The response of the background choir is also using that leitmotif. I have too many thoughts right now But i like it since theyre fusing endwalker and the dawntrails motifs to serve as a transition for the playerbase. Sorry for the word vomit

@@leighg9o , I will agree she was insufferable at the start and as well as pre dawntrail. But there was character growth as she grew more knowledgeable about the people of Tural. It was no different than seeing the same for many of the Scions. Woke Disney vibes...terrific. Another comment from the typical Donald Trump supporter. That alone was enough to prove my point.

Honestly, Same. I liked whsre they went. It wasn't perfect, But it was a good breather while at the same time allowing for further expansion. Vibe was good, Using the Azem crystal only Once, and where it thematically mattered was good, not being the main focus and helping out someone whom directly asked for our 'Help' and not for us to do it for them was also quite nice. I liked it personally, Not sure why so many hated it.
